Amazing service! We stopped by for an oil change on a Sunday. No appointment needed and no waiting at all. The team got right to work and quickly changed the oil, checked tire pressure, etc. in just a few minutes. They offered other maintenance, but we're not pushy when we declined. When they saw we were from out of town, they gave excellent tourist information while completing the work. Amazing! To lower the price you can check online or call the phone number for a coupon.

WILDLY honest and awesome people. I went to get my car inspected and left my $700 Steam Deck computer in the waiting room because I wasn’t paying attention and having a terrible and rushed day. They were not only honest, but happy AND relieved to get it back to me. Finding trust and empathy at a Valvaline is refreshing and incredible. I love these dudes.

Went for an oil change and inspection today. Oil change was fine but they failed my car on an inspection. I was told my engine light was on when I rolled in after the inspection (it was not) and the tech quickly said he would reset the codes which was already sketchy. I was failed for a rack and pinion which would be almost impossible to know is faulty unless the car was lifted. I was told to go to Firestone for the repair and come back. They quoted me $1600 for the "repair". I went to my trusted mechanic who said there was no issue whatsoever and made sure to take video proof. I then took it to a different shop for an inspection and had absolutely no issues. They turned my simple inspection into a whole day process which costed me more money then it should have. I will definitely not be returning. The whole interaction was very slimy.

Always went here for my oil change for decades, no problems other than always messing up my tire pressure, however, the last time the guy obviously overtightened the oil drain plug because the next day I had oil spots on my driveway, so I looked under my car to discover a leak coming from the oil pan area. Zero spots on my driveway before and the next day spots where I was parked. My car is new straight, from a dealership and I had only been driving it for less than six months, so I took it back to the dealership to have them inspect it and they said it was from over torquing the drain plug, and replacement was the only option to stop the leak because the plug was stripped. Apparently, you have to replace more than just a simple plug when that happens, so I had to pay $1000 out of pocket with the labor! Zero issues before, as my car is new, and $1000 plus the price of the oil change for trusting this Valvoline for my oil change. I called Valvoline corporate and they said that they have tools that are designed to stop over torquing, but obviously that's not true in every situation because my car was certainly an exception. I was highly satisfied with my fast oil change at valvoline. Trey + corey were very kind and left me with a very positive experience. Trey talked me through what they were doing and was especially kind through the less than fifteen minutes I was there. He also let me know about other parts that needed fixing without pressuring me to get anything done. Thank you so much!
